Pre Trial Investigation and Analysis
Since 1993, we have worked with builders, developers and attorneys to research development disputes, real estate marketing and construction interests. We have been Court certified as an expert witness, on multiple cases, in San Diego and Imperial Counties.
Activities include Planning and Building Department research and investigation, field research and plan review. Real estate marketing assignments have included development economic studies, individual real estate valuations and marketing reviews.
Prior to trial work, our includes analyzing data and briefing clients and attorneys during trial preparation and strategy sessions. Resources include additional independent analysts and researchers when needed.
Trial Support
Once the trial is proceeding, our services may be limited to non testimonial advice; or, actual testifying in depositions or trial, depending upon the direction of the client and attorney.
Because the needs of each litigation are unique, we shape our services and fees to fit the particular needs of the principals.
